To increase visibility of UNIQLO’s embroidery customization service, I designed a dedicated webpage integrated seamlessly into the site’s main navigation. Research revealed that many users were unaware the service even existed, so the goal was to create a clear, user-friendly interface that brought it to the forefront.

CHALLENGES- The limited time and sample size for developing research on our online embroidery service solution. Reducing unnecessary clicks and streamlining navigation to prevent user frustration with the site. Striking a balance between standing out and keeping things minimal was tricky. Over-designing could betray Uniqlo’s simplicity, while under-designing risked looking bland or unoriginal.
